We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative FP&A Analyst- Project Costing to join our Finance team and support our Aerospace division. This role is ideal for a rising finance professional with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment and is ready to grow into a future FP&A leadership role.
This role is based in Plano, Texas and follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be onsite three days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining two days.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a financial business partner to the Global Engineering Team, supporting project-level spend tracking across NA, EMEA, and LATAM regions.
  • Own project cost forecasting, budgeting, and OPEX tracking for aerospace initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze project-level financials.
  • Support ad hoc data collection and reporting requests from engineering and finance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely cost tracking and spend visibility.
  • Assist in the development of cost models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project costing processes and tools.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (4-year degree required).
  • 2+ years of experience in project costing, forecasting, budgeting, and OPEX tracking.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and project costing software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to cost tracking and financial support.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a global engineering environment.
