Job Summary

This FP&A Analyst II role at Equinix focuses on supporting revenue forecasting and budget accuracy, ad hoc analysis, system upgrade implementation/testing and global forecasting accuracy improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the monthly short-term forecast flashes, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting including preparing executive level presentations

• Utilize digital tools to standardize and automate forecasting processes

• Provide strategic support to help the business achieve targets

• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams

• Support finance transformation projects

• Handle ad hoc deliverables

 

Qualifications

• Strong technical skill (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel) 

• Tech-savvy and interested in leveraging AI and automation for financial analysis and reporting 

• 1-2 years of Finance experience required, preferably in FP&A or Business Analytics 

• Excellent interpersonal & soft skills 

• Natural analytical thinker 

• Ability to ‘dumb-down’ complexity 

• Proficient English (spoken and written) 

• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Tampa Office TAO : 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
