FP&A Analyst – Forecasting & ConsolidationPosition Summary

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join Exiger’s Finance team and play a critical role in the health of our financial engine. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you’ll own our rolling forecast process, consolidate budgets across departments, and deliver scenario modeling that helps guide key business decisions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of planning, data, and strategy—connecting accounting actuals, business intelligence, and forward-looking performance metrics in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Why Exiger?

Exiger is a cutting-edge supply chain risk management (SCRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with scalable offerings, using data to help corporations intelligently surface risk in business relationships.

Our mission is to make the world a safer and more transparent place to succeed. We empower 550 customers across the globe—including 150 in the Fortune 500 and over 50 government agencies—with award-winning AI technology. We’re leading the way in ESG, cyber, financial crime, third-party, and supply chain management. Our work has been recognized by 40+ industry awards and accolades, including being named a sector ‘Value Leader’ in SpendMatters’ Fall 2024 SolutionMap. Exiger is also a Leader in the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Supplier Risk Management Solutions!

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and update the company’s master financial model, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

  • Own the monthly rolling forecast process—collecting inputs from department leads and FP&A partners.

  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance, surfacing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency in actuals feeding into forecasting.

  • Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of revenue, margin, and expense levers.

  • Support the annual operating plan and long-range financial planning processes.

  • Ensure forecasts align with key SaaS KPIs and the expectations of our private equity sponsors.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification a plus.

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance (SaaS or high-growth tech preferred).

  • Deep understanding of forecasting techniques, financial statements, and budget consolidation.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, multi-scenario modeling).

  • Experience using FP&A planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.

  • Comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).

  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly translate numbers into narrative for business partners.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

We're a Great Place to Work. Why?
  • Discretionary Time Off with no maximum limits

  • Industry-leading health, vision, and dental benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with bonus potential

  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave

  • Hybrid flexibility (in-office and remote work)

  • Dedicated wellness programs and stipends

  • Career development support and reimbursement for certifications
