Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing short-term and long-term planning models
- Collect, validate, and maintain planning data from multiple sources.
- Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on planning assumptions and timelines.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in planning workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to planning tools (SAP, Power BI) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial planning and budgeting concepts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
