Summary:
To support new product lots, yield, and new projects development at foundry

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsibilities for new product and engineering lots:新产品开发和工程试验方面的职责
A. MPS new tape-out support.协助代工厂进行MPS 新产品发布与投片
B. Ensure the correct process setting of engineering lots and the on-time delivery of engineering lots.确保工程批次以正确的工艺流程流片，同时确保工程批次能及时出货
C. New product release and ramping up at foundry.协助晶圆代工进行新产品量产评估和产能扩充
D. Review the PCM and test data on all prototype and engineering lots.检查和评估所有工程批次和试验批次的PCM和测试数据
2. Responsibilities on production process and yield量产工艺流程和良率管控方面的职责
A. Review in-line critical parameter and PCM trend chart regularly to ensure stable process control to meet MPS quality requirements.检查和评估重要工艺流程参数和PCM参数两者的趋势图以确保流程控制稳定，以达到MPS质量要求
B. Constantly monitor the process and capacity situation at fab.持续监控晶圆代工厂工艺流程管控和产能方面的情况
C. Support volume ram-up, qualification, yield 帮代工厂进行量产产能扩充，提高质量和良率
D. Monitor the products yield trend. 监管产品良率趋势
E. Coordinate with MPS team (FE,PE,FA,TD,RET etc) and fab team to fix low yield issues .与代工厂和MPS团队如FE,PE,FA,TD,RET等协作来解决低良率的问题
3. New projects development 新项目开发
A. Work with MPS TD or packaging team to develop new technologies at fab.与MPS TD或封装团队一起协作，在晶圆代工厂开发新技术
B. Coordinate with fab PIE to set process correctly. Monitor the progress of the key process modules setting. 与晶圆代工厂PIE协作设置正确流程，监管关键流程模块设置的进程
C. Project milestones review with both MPS team and fab team. Push fab to achieve the goals of projects. 与MPS和代工厂团队共同检查项目的重要节点。推进代工厂来达成项目的指标
4. Coordinate on process goal, fixing and process release.协同相关部门来完成工艺流程方面的目标设定，优化并最终达到量产化的要求 Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交办的其他任务
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electronics or related, 5+ years’ experience on fab process integration/Technology development experience is a plus. 本科及以上学历，电子相关专业，5年以上Fab厂制程整合和技术开发经验更佳
2. Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit, aggressive when necessary, self-motivated, goal-orientated; 良好的沟通及团队协作，必要时应敢于承担，独立自主，目标导向
3. Good command of fab quality system knowledge; 对fab质量系统有深入了解
4. Good at English writing, speaking and reading. 英语听说读写良好
