Our realistic agents help iconic businesses like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks handle all kinds of phone operations, from customer support to order intake to lead qualification. As we expand rapidly, we’re now continuing to build out our consumer-facing application that will bring our voice AI technology directly into the hands of everyday users.
We are growing revenue like crazy and looking to hire a talented software engineer to lead development of our origin story! We’re very excited about the potential for AI to change the world, and work out of our SF-based office 5 days a week.

The TeamWe have a tiny, talented team of 6. The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at UChicago and led a software team at PEAK6.

4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong product intuition and ability to translate ambiguous needs into polished user experiences.

Experience building consumer-facing applications (web or mobile).
Experience building zero-to-one products or shipping at an early-stage startup.
Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM-powered products.
Experience with React, TypeScript, React Native, or modern mobile development.
Experience with Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
