  • This hire is critical to building a durable, repeatable execution engine and reducing dependency on any single individual for day-to-day decision-making.

The Role
  • This is a founding-level product leadership role focused on execution, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • It is not a narrowly scoped PM role and not a people-management-only role.
  • You will work closely with Arnav Anand (Founder & CEO) and act as a senior point of accountability across product delivery, engineering execution, and GTM alignment.
  • This role sets direction and operating clarity for the broader product and engineering organisation, including Product Managers and senior engineers.

Role: Founding Product Leader (Product & Engineering Execution)

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: Pune or Bangalore, India, you can work from any of the one location from company offices located in the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product execution, from problem definition to delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Translate customer, business, and GTM inputs into clear priorities and roadmap decisions
  • Establish and run a strong execution cadence (planning, prioritization, reviews, release readiness)
  • Partner closely with Engineering to improve delivery predictability and reduce execution thrash
  • Balance speed with long-term product quality and platform thinking
  • Push back when needed using data, judgment, and business context
  • Act as the connective layer between Product, Engineering, and GTM
  • Raise the bar for ownership, decision quality, and accountability across teams

AI and Technology Context (Mandatory)
  • This company is AI-first. AI product experience is not a “nice to have” for this role—it is required.
  • You do not need to code daily, but you must be comfortable operating in a modern, agent-driven AI product environment and making informed trade-offs across product, engineering, and architecture.

Relevant context you should have experience with (directly or adjacent leadership ownership):
  • LLM-driven workflows and agentic product experiences (not “AI features” bolted onto SaaS)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), evaluation/quality loops, and prompt/agent iteration cycles
  • Agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen (or equivalent patterns)
  • Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate (or equivalents)
  • Data-intensive backend systems: MySQL/PostgreSQL, schema design, performance trade-offs
  • Cloud environments: AWS or GCP (cost/performance/reliability trade-offs)
  • Product that coordinates multiple systems and real-world workflows (high operational complexity)
  • This is intentionally specific to filter out generic “AI exposure.” Candidates whose AI experience is limited to surface-level integrations or unrelated stacks without agentic/LLM workflow depth are unlikely to be a fit.
