The TeamWe have a tiny, talented team of 6. The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at UChicago and led a software team at PEAK6.

We’re looking to hire a versatile founding product designer to join us in-person at our SF office. This is your chance to define the product and design the DNA of a company at the forefront of voice AI.
You’ll design the end-to-end experience for cutting-edge AI voice agents, from tools customers use to create and manage agents, to internal systems, to polished customer-facing interfaces. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, and the founders to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, elegant, and powerful product experiences.
As a founding designer, you’ll have massive ownership over our product direction, design processes, visual identity, and user experience. You’ll shape not just what we build, but how we build.
4+ years of relevant product design experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent product thinking and polished interaction + visual design.
Experience designing complex products, workflows, or tools.
A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Curiosity and excitement about AI and the future of human-AI interaction.
Experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding/first designer role.
Experience designing technical, AI, or B2B products.
Strong UX research skills (qualitative, customer interviews, rapid prototyping).
Comfort with basic front-end concepts or collaborating closely with engineers.
Interest in the design challenges around conversational AI, speech UX, or agent-driven interfaces.
