Why we need youAs our Founding Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Mandolin’s product experience from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define not just what our product looks like, but how it works and how people feel when using it. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and customers to bring clarity to complex problems and design elegant, intuitive solutions that help drive real-world impact in healthcare.
What you’ll doOwn end-to-end product design at Mandolin, shaping our design system, branding, user experience and more
Lead product discovery — conduct user interviews, validate ideas with customers, define key problems to solve, and prototype rapidly
Create a design and review process with Engineering from ideation to delivery
Establish and evolve our design system across both web and internal tools
Collaborate with the team to prioritize our product roadmap and shape strategy
4+ years of experience at an Enterprise SaaS company
Experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as the lead designer
Strong presentation and collaboration skills
Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
