As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe Spravato & TMS using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients
• Opportunity to expand into telehealth on top of your clinic role

Skills Required
- State licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Texas
- Active DEA registration in Texas
- Located in Austin, TX metro area or able to relocate within 3 months
- Experience performing complex psychiatric evaluations
- Ability to prescribe Spravato and TMS and follow clinical protocols
