We’re looking for a hungry, operationally minded People Ops leader in the making — someone who cares deeply about how hiring systems, processes, and candidate experience work together to scale a company. You’ll partner directly with the founders, own recruiting operations end to end, and help design the foundation that supports Probook’s growth from zero to one.

Non-negotiables
1–3 years of experience in people operations at a Series A–C startup, Agency recruiting, or Consulting.
Proven ability to manage heavy interview loads and operational complexity
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and biased toward action
You’ll be given real ownership, real trust, and real exposure. You’ll learn what it actually takes to scale a company from zero to one, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the team that makes it happen.
