As a founding member of the Go-to-Market team at Tenzo AI, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the sales engine of a company redefining the future of recruitment. With a backlog of 100+ inbound leads—over half from Fortune 500 companies—we’re looking for elite sellers who can convert interest into transformative, high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Own and close complex 6- and 7-figure deals with mid-market to Fortune 5 companies.
Craft and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
Collaborate directly with founders to refine processes, playbooks, and best practices.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Guide prospects from pilot to close, expanding into long-term, enterprise-wide partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4+ years of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Proven track record of closing 6-figure+ enterprise deals.
Ability to build trust and deep relationships with executives at legacy enterprises.
Expertise in navigating complex procurement and legal processes at Fortune 500s.
A customer-first mindset: you love learning a prospect’s business and solving their hardest challenges.
