About This RoleWe’re hiring a Technical Account Executive to own revenue and long-term customer relationships at Novita AI.
This role is responsible for driving new business, closing deals, and managing accounts through renewal and expansion. You will work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and the founders to ensure customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes are aligned—while retaining clear ownership of revenue, account strategy, renewals, and expansion.
This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue growth and customer retention.
What You’ll DoRevenue & Deal OwnershipOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close
Drive new revenue across Novita’s AI cloud offerings
Structure commercial terms, pricing, and commitments in partnership with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast visibility
Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned customer accounts
Own renewals, pricing discussions, and contract extensions
Identify and drive expansion opportunities based on customer usage and business needs
Proactively manage account health from a business and relationship perspective
Lead customer conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
Translate customer needs into clear commercial proposals, aligned with technical feasibility
Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to ensure what is sold can be successfully delivered
Work with Solutions Engineers during pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion to align scope and expectations
Collaborate with marketing on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategy
Provide structured feedback to product and leadership based on customer and market insights
Help shape sales processes, account strategies, and early playbooks as the company scales
Contribute to competitive positioning and pricing strategy
Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving structure and priorities
Experience in sales, account management, or a revenue-owning customer-facing role
Comfortable owning a quota and being accountable for revenue outcomes
Technically fluent and able to discuss infrastructure, AI workloads, and cloud concepts at a high level
Strong communicator who can engage both engineers and executives
Highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Able to manage multiple deals and accounts in parallel
Experience selling AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools
Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-driven pricing models
Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written)
Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
