Job Description:
As the first Founding Growth hire at JigsawStack, you will architect the entire GTM engine from the ground up. You will own the automation of outbound systems, lead enrichment, and developer-focused distribution. This is a high-impact, technical growth role designed for an experimental operator who leverages AI to scale pipelines.

What you will do:

  • Design and manage automated multi-channel outbound sequences and lead enrichment workflows using tools like Lemlist, n8n, and HubSpot.

  • Turn website engagement and LinkedIn intent signals into actionable ABM plays and smart alert systems for the sales team.

  • Build and optimize community-led content workflows across developer platforms including Reddit, Hacker News, X, and technical newsletters.

The ideal candidate:

  • 1–2+ years of technical growth or GTM automation experience within a high-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS or AI startup environment.

  • Hands-on technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, and web scrapers to manipulate data and maintain 99% uptime for complex GTM workflows.

  • Deep understanding of developer ICPs with a proven ability to write compelling outbound copy and design sophisticated lead scoring models.
