Founding Engineer - AI @Dazle

🎯 Your mission

• Joining Dazle at this early stage means having a high impact on our technology and future team. You’ll work alongside the CTO to:
• Design & scale our AI-driven code analysis engine (Python/Go).
• Fine-tune ML models to reduce false positives in vulnerability detection.
• Build robust backend systems for large-scale code analysis.
• Contribute across the stack (some frontend work in React/Typescript).
• Mentor future engineers as the team grows.

🤩 Is that you?

• 2+ years in backend engineering, with Python experience (FastAPI).
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering having deployed pipelines and/or models in production.


Bonus point if you have :
• Exposure to security world (SAST, DAST, reverse engineering).
• Experience with React / Typescript
• Startup-friendly: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and own outcomes.
• Security mindset with strong collaboration skills. You communicate effectively with anyone and are deeply motivated by Dazle's mission
