You will join as a foundational member building AI agents that automate revenue-generating and cost-saving workflows for US food manufacturers. From developing RAG systems for product catalogues to building computer-use agents for complex compliance documents, you will touch every part of the stack and influence every major technical and product decision.

What you will do:
Architect and build end-to-end AI agents using Gemini and Anthropic to automate manual compliance and sales workflows.
Develop robust backend systems using Kotlin and Spring Boot to ingest and process high volumes of data from legacy ERPs and CRMs.
Own the full product lifecycle from initial discovery with food manufacturing executives to shipping production-ready features in React and NextJS.
The ideal candidate:
A proven builder who has shipped real-world products and prioritizes shipping 80% solutions today over debating perfect architectures for weeks.
Highly pragmatic engineer comfortable with a "boring" but effective stack (Kotlin, Postgres, GCP) and a deep desire to solve unsexy, high-value problems.
Self-starter with an owner mindset who identifies gaps and fixes them without waiting for perfect requirements or explicit permission.
