TL;DR: This is not a regular GTM job. We're looking for the best commercial operators who own customers end-to-end at some of the largest companies in the world, and help us build the engine to do it at scale.

Every process change, every new product line runs into SAP systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human mind can fully comprehend. New requirements take quarters to ship, migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain.

We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems. We've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $50M+ Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service.

We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life’s work out of London. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company - as well as how the world’s largest companies operate.

WHO WE HIRE

We're looking for people who share our obsession with delivering for customers.

We're currently not carving GTM into neat lanes. We hire commercial generalists who own customers from first conversation to multi-year partnership, and build the systems that make doing that at scale actually possible.

What matters: you work hard, you're obsessed with customers, and people who've worked with you would call you one of the sharpest operators they know.

We look for exceptional talent, regardless of where you spike. Confident enough to own it end-to-end, generalist enough to operate across the stack when it counts. If you excel in one of the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Full-cycle selling: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing enterprise SaaS deals

  • Running multi-stakeholder pilots and initial deployments

  • Driving org-wide adoption of Conduct and guiding users to the AHA moment early

  • Setting up customer success processes and ensuring long-term account health

  • GTM enablement and managing our SI partnerships

  • Post-sale expansion and customer growth

We hire across seniority: exceptional graduates to operators with 5+ years in complex enterprise environments. We're based in London but global at heart and sponsor visas. We're convinced diverse teams build better products and especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Everything between Conduct and the customer.

You'll run first meetings, drive pilots to conversion, navigate procurement, stay operationally close post-sale, fly out to customers to be onsite when it counts, onboard end users, surface expansion signals, and turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership.

You'll also build the engine behind it: onboarding flows, tooling, reusable playbooks — enough that customer capacity compounds without headcount scaling linearly. You'll speak to customers constantly and bring their signal directly into product direction.

Skills Required

  • Experience working with customers, ideally with enterprise stakeholders
  • Time in an early-stage environment where you designed processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Practical experience in creating onboarding flows, templates, and tools
  • Curiosity about products and change management
