Role Overview
LettrLabs is looking for a hungry, proactive Outbound Sales Rep to own the top of our sales funnel. Your primary mission: hunt. You'll be building pipeline from the ground up — identifying prospects, running cold outreach, reactivating stale opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with our Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to fuel and scale our outbound motion.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Build and execute high-volume cold email sequences and outreach campaigns to generate net-new pipeline consistently.
- AE Partnership: Work closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and support the growth of a scalable outbound motion.
- Pipeline Reactivation: Audit aged opportunities and systematically revive dormant prospects to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Support: Own accounts from qualification through handoff, ensuring AEs have everything they need to close.
- Lead Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights, thorough qualification notes, and clean data in HubSpot.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Have 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus)
- Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same
- Are fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting
- Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent
- Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance
- Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads
- Are naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail

Skills Required
