Build and qualify enterprise and AI startup pipeline, manage inbound requests, run outreach automations, re-engage users, track CRM and pipeline metrics, report weekly, and attend events to generate leads and relationships. The role requires technical fluency in AI, strong communication, entrepreneurial independence, and comfort engaging developers, founders, and researchers.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise and scale-up accounts, building relationships with technical buyers and collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and shape sales strategies.

Own full-cycle technical sales for Featherless’s AI inference platform across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, technical demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing, account expansion, forecasting, CRM management, event representation, and collaboration with product, engineering, BDR, and DevRel teams.

Create and maintain product documentation, blog posts, website copy, and walkthrough videos. Build and manage a content calendar, identify growth opportunities, use internal tools and data to optimize content, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate technical concepts into clear, growth-focused content.

Design and maintain multilingual datasets, develop data pipelines, implement quality filters, and analyze dataset biases while collaborating with researchers.

As an AI Researcher, you will optimize inference performance for large-scale machine learning models by improving latency, throughput, and cost efficiency through various model and systems-level optimizations.

The AI Researcher will develop training optimization techniques, improve large model training efficiency, run experiments and publish research findings.

Optimize inference latency and throughput for large-scale ML models, collaborating on performance tuning, and building inference-serving systems.

The ML Engineer will optimize large-scale model training pipelines, improve distributed training strategies, build robust infrastructure, and collaborate on training techniques and performance metrics.

The AI Researcher will develop and evaluate model distillation techniques, analyze trade-offs, run experiments, publish research, and collaborate for production deployment.

The AI Researcher will design and execute research on multilingual datasets, improve cross-lingual transfer in language models, and publish findings at top conferences while translating research into production improvements.

Design and implement knowledge distillation pipelines, optimize training and inference performance, and collaborate with research on production-ready ML models.

Partner with the CEO to create operational clarity and accountability across a fast-growing AI startup. Own vendor/contract management, finance/ops logistics, recruiting-process machinery, cross-team coordination, leadership operating rhythms, and high-priority special projects. Convert founder intuition into scalable processes while retaining agility.

The Business Development Rep will qualify clients and manage outreach in AI Cloud sales, engaging technical audiences and developing partnerships.
