The Role

Who We Are:

Probook is the AI "Front Office" for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate.

Our impact is real. Dispatching the right technician to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 "band-aid" fix and a $20,000 system replacement. By automating previously high-touch workflows around-the-clock, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 live staffing. We unify our customers’ processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire operation.

The Role:

Probook is building in a greenfield, unsaturated space - defining how AI is applied in a massive, legacy industry. We have product-market fit, a high-propensity target market, and real ARR. Now we need a closer.

As an AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract. You’ll work directly with the CRO and CEO, shape how we sell, and help define the commercial playbook for a category that doesn’t exist yet. This is not an executive role inside a mature motion - it’s a founding-level seat at a company scaling fast.

  • Subject Matter Expert. You approach sales as a consultant. You obsess over understanding the customer’s world and their pain - You can sit on the same side of the table as the prospect. You’re a peer.

  • Relationship Builder. You build genuine relationships at all stages of the funnel. You’re a master at multithreading and know how to navigate complex buying committees.

  • Persistent Without Being Annoying. Your follow-ups feel natural and value-add, not forced. Prospects actually want to hear from you.

  • Operationally Rigorous. Highly organized with strong CRM discipline. You keep clean data, know your numbers, and never miss a touchpoint.

  • Builder Mentality. You thrive in early-stage environments. You don’t need a perfect playbook — you want to help build one.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS: Series A–C OR Founding 0–1 experience strongly preferred.

  • Enterprise sales chops: Experience selling high-value, vertical solutions ($75K+ ACV) to non-technical buyers or operational leaders.

  • Proven performance: Track record of being a top 3 company-wide performer and consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

  • NYC Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week (~9am – 6pm) in our high-intensity, high-collaboration culture.
