The opportunity
We’ve done a lot of work on building in-bound pipeline for this segment. We get a consistent stream of inbound and don’t have bandwidth to manage inbound. We also have the ability to increase spend for leads in this segment.
Conversion on these deals is within industry standards, but sales process hasn’t been optimized yet.
Today we run a quick process: First sales call (discovery & demo), move to commercials, then let the customer start using the product.
What you’ll do
Own deals from start to finish in the mid-market segment
Manage a large number of accounts; discovery, lightweight technical demo, and negotiation
Optimize the sales process; increase conversion rate and decrease time to close
Contribute to scaled outbound process to build additional pipeline when required
You’re perfect for this role if…
You have 2+ years mid-market sales experience
You have a background in developer tools, testing/observability, or infrastructure
You have a track record of selling technically complex products to developers or engineering leaders
You’re based in SF and willing to commute to the office
