Why this role?
Own the revenue engine. As our first AE you’ll run the entire sales cycle—from outbound to close—for PE, hedge-fund, and banking logos.
Founder-track learning. Build the GTM playbook alongside the founders, setting the template for every AE who comes after you.
High upside. Competitive base + uncapped commission.
What you’ll do
Source, qualify, and close six- and seven- figure enterprise deals with financial-services firms.
Craft compelling narratives and run tailored demos / pilots that showcase ROI.
Drive deals through complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations and negotiate win-win contracts.
Maintain a precise, data-driven pipeline and forecast for leadership and investors.
Feed market insight back to product, marketing, and customer success.
Who you are
4 - 10 years selling enterprise SaaS; track record of beating quota
Skilled at consultative selling to senior execs in finance or similarly complex industries.
Comfortable in 0 → 1 environments—scrappy, resourceful, and process-oriented.
Clear communicator who can translate technical value into business outcomes.
