Work directly with the founding team on the problems that matter most to the company.
One week, that might mean preparing and driving a customer project. The next, it could be improving the sales process, building an operating model, supporting a key hire, researching a new market, or fixing something nobody clearly owns yet.
This is not a role for someone who wants a narrow scope. You will move between commercial, operational, product, and strategic work, often with incomplete information and little process around you.
Your job is to create clarity, move things forward, and own the result. You will not just prepare decisions for the founders. You will help make them and execute what comes next.
What You'll DoTake ownership of high-priority projects that sit across teams or do not yet have a clear owner.
Work with the founders on company priorities, customer opportunities, hiring, partnerships, and internal operations.
Turn unclear questions into structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and an executable next step.
Prepare and drive important customer, partner, and investor conversations.
Improve how the company operates by building simple processes, reporting, and decision-making rhythms where they are needed.
Support commercial work across account research, proposals, pipeline analysis, events, and follow-up.
Help recruit exceptional people, from sourcing and outreach to coordinating a fast and high-quality process.
Research markets, competitors, and customer segments, then turn what you learn into action.
Step into operational gaps and fix them instead of waiting for a new role or process to appear.
Use AI to research, analyze, write, and execute faster while applying judgment to the final output.
You take ownership without waiting for a detailed brief.
You are structured, but not rigid. You can bring order to a messy problem without slowing everyone down.
You have strong judgment and know when to go deep, when to move quickly, and when to ask for help.
You communicate clearly and directly, in writing and in conversation.
You are comfortable working with customers, candidates, data, documents, and operational details in the same day.
You care about the quality of the outcome, not how important the task looks.
You are low ego, reliable, and willing to do the work yourself.
You are AI-native. You use modern tools as part of how you think and work, not as a substitute for thinking.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by being close to the decisions.
You want to be in the room. Munich office, in person. This is not a remote role or a 9-to-5.
One to three years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, operations, or business development.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native or fluent German and strong English.
The ability to manage several priorities without losing track of details or follow-through.
Evidence that you have taken a difficult or unclear project from idea to result.
A strong bias toward action, learning, and measurable impact.
Bonus: experience in logistics, B2B software, enterprise sales, or an early-stage company.
We move fast. Expect a decision within one week.
Application. Send your CV and tell us about one project you took from an unclear starting point to a concrete result. Explain what you owned, what you did, and what changed because of your work.
Online interview. One conversation covering how you think, how you communicate, and the kind of ownership you have taken before. No multi-round gauntlet.
Working session (60 min). We give you a real company problem. You structure it, work through the information, and present what you would do next. We care about judgment, clarity, and execution.
Founder conversation. A direct conversation about the company, the role, and how you want to work.
Decision. Feedback and a potential start within one week.
