* Work closely with the founders across all departments to ensure execution and successful delivery of your projects (e.g. new market entry, new products, new growth initiatives)
* Support our founders with all tasks related to upcoming financing rounds
* Take the lead of our expansion to new markets & countries
* Develop a deep understanding of the business and the industry by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Qualifikation
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial hustler:
* Masters degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup
* Impeccable organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties
* Highly self-directed with an ability to get a lot done with sometimes limited direction
* Execution focused, detail-oriented, takes ownership, and loves solving problems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English
* Advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets and PPT/GSlides
