As a Founders Associate (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the right hand to our CTO, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution.
- Own cross-functional projects, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth communication between the tech team and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Customer Success and other teams to align cross-functional technical efforts
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes
- Serve as a strategic sounding board for the CTO, preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, and handling operational day-to-day challenges.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- A background in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Information Management, or a Business/Economics degree with a strong, demonstrable passion for technology.
- The ability to read high-fly code and a solid grasp of how modern software, APIs, and databases work—you won't be writing production code, but you must confidently speak the language of our engineering team.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to act as a seamless translator between software engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.
- An analytical, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to take abstract ideas or messy data and turn them into structured, measurable project plans.
- High organizational skills and the proactive drive to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Reliability and discretion, making you a trusted strategic sparring partner capable of handling executive-level presentations, KPIs, and operational day-to-day challenges.
Skills Required
