What You'll Do:
Strategy and Execution
- Tackle problems with structured thinking, solid research, and sharp execution
- Take ownership across strategy, marketing, ops, and partnerships to unlock big opportunities
Launching New Products
- Work directly with the founder to imagine, shape, and launch new product lines
- Build and drive partnerships with external players including companies, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
Special Projects
- Lead cross-functional projects that fuel growth and innovation
- From designing org structures to incentive plans to processes
Goal Setting and Tracking
- Collaborate with the founder to define business targets
- Build processes to track progress and keep the momentum strong
What We're Looking For:
- 2 to 4 years of experience at top consulting firms or high-growth startup environments
- UG/PG from a top-tier school
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of how startups work and scale
- Proactive and able to own projects end-to-end without hand-holding
- Excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders
- A natural problem-solver who loves breaking down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps
- Must be based in Bangalore and open to working on-site
