You join through a short, paid work-trial, take on a real high-stakes mission alongside the founders, and are judged on what you actually do — not your past title or CTC. The standout performer becomes Chief of Staff; everyone who clears the bar is mapped to a Founder's Office role in Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or Account Management.
