Every growing company has a gap between what leadership decides on Monday and what ships a month later. Priorities get agreed, energy peaks, and then daily fires take over. At Techdome, we’re hiring one person to own that gap.
You’ll sit beside our CEO and CTO as their execution partner. You’ll turn strategic intent into concrete plans, line up the right owners, and push every initiative to a finished result across Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. You’ll also find places where AI and automation can make the whole company faster.
You’ll be judged on outcomes delivered, not updates sent.
What You’ll Do
- Turn leadership discussions into clear plans with named owners, deadlines, and defined deliverables.
- Run cross-functional initiatives end to end, from decision to delivery, so nothing slips.
- Spot operational bottlenecks early and fix them before they slow teams down.
- Build pitch decks, proposals, and executive briefings that are ready to put in front of clients.
- Join client and business development meetings, and own every follow-up so no opportunity is lost.
- Research markets, competitors, and customers, and turn your findings into recommendations leadership can act on.
- Design and launch AI-powered or automated workflows for research, reporting, documentation, and other recurring work, and track the time saved.
- Take ownership of new strategic and cross-functional projects as priorities change.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 30 days, you understand how Techdome operates, have built working relationships across teams, and own your first leadership initiatives.
By 60 days, you’re running several cross-functional projects at once, producing client and leadership materials, and delivering research that influences real decisions.
By 90 days, you’re the go-to execution partner for the CEO and CTO, with at least one AI or automation improvement live and saving the team measurable time.
Overall, leadership priorities consistently get delivered, teams stay aligned, blockers clear fast, and nothing important slips through the cracks.
What You Bring
- 6+ months of experience in a Founder’s Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Business Development, or early-stage startup role
- A record of getting things done in unstructured environments where nobody hands you a playbook
- Strong initiative: you notice problems before anyone asks and act on them
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Solid PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets skills, including models that support real decisions
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to work faster and better
- Good judgment with confidential information, and the ability to juggle many moving parts
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or founder’s office
- Client-facing or business development exposure
- Working knowledge of Notion, Asana, or Trello
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Enterprise Technology
- Experience building automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- An MBA is welcome, but a proven record of execution matters far more than a degree
