Founder's Executive Assistant - Stockholm

We are on the lookout for a brilliant, highly organized individual to act as a trusted day-to-day enabler for our founders, while also ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This isn’t your average EA role - it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of one of Europe’s fastest growing tech-companies.

From managing packed calendars to planning office after works and supporting internal workflows, you’ll play a key role in reducing friction and enabling the leadership team to do their best work. Partnering closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff in particular, you’ll shape the engine of Tandem as we grow from startup to global player. If you’re proactive, detail-obsessed, and love bringing structure to chaos – we want you on the team!

• Own and optimize the calendar, inbox and daily logistics of our CEO, helping bring clarity and prioritize what matters most.

• Supporting our CCO and CTO as needed with managing scheduling and travel with precision and foresight.

• Collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff and provide hands-on administrative support – from shaping internal process improvements to executing ad-hoc tasks.

• Keep our Stockholm HQ running smoothly by managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with vendors, handling supplies, and creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for the team.

• Organize and support internal events - like afterworks, fikas, and casual celebrations - to foster a vibrant, social, and connected workplace culture.

• A few years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Office Manager – ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills – you're structured, dependable, and thrive on juggling multiple priorities.

• Clear and confident communicator – able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

• Proactive and solution-oriented – you take initiative, anticipate needs, and enjoy making life easier for others.

• Trustworthy and calm – you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment, while bringing clarity even on the busiest days.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn – comfortable with Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, and project tools.

• Exposure to supporting founders or senior leaders in technology and/or growth settings.

• Interest in the healthcare space and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.
