Tasks
We are looking for a highly proactive and versatile Founders Associate to support our founder and executive team at Tomorrow Bio. You'll work closely with the founding team on a variety of high-impact projects and initiatives.
* Partnerships & External Relations: Build and manage relationships with external partners, research institutions, and service providers. Represent the company in external conversations and help structure early collaborations.
* Research & Analysis: Conduct research to inform key business decisions from landscape analysis to competitive positioning. Compile and synthesize findings to support the founders' strategic choices.
* Project Ownership: Drive projects across different areas of the business, from setting up new processes to managing contracts and agreements. Take full ownership of initiatives rather than waiting for direction.
* General Execution: Take on whatever needs doing to move the business forward, from ad-hoc special projects to coordinating with external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Excellent English, written and spoken (German is a big plus).
* Highly and intrinsically motivated about the topic (longevity, life extension, cryopreservation, etc.)
* A research background or scientific degree (e.g. biology or related field) is highly appreciated, though not mandatory
* Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects independently, ideally in a fast-paced, early-stage, or founder-facing environment
* Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new and complex topics
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort representing the company in external conversations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
