We’re hiring a German-speaking marketing and business all-rounder to scale an established e-commerce brand.
The brand sells premium, award-winning health & wellness products and is already generating 7-figure revenue. Now, the business's top priority is marketing-led scaling.
This is your chance to become an e-commerce founder with fewer founder downsides: the product is loved by over 200k customers, the supply chain is established, and you’ll have a small, high-performing team at your side.

High-level + in the weeds: shape the direction of the company and be responsible for executing the day-to-day work that drives growth
From day one, you’ll co-own the brand’s growth agenda with the venture studio’s CEO. You’ll run experiments, build campaigns, and optimize the full marketing funnel.
Paid digital growth (Meta + Google): learn fast, then own strategy, media buying, testing, iteration
Creative direction and messaging (German): angles, hooks, copy for ads and landing pages, offer framing
Campaign planning: promo calendar, launches, rapid iteration cycles across channels
Positioning and strategy: refine narrative and offers using customer insight, conversion data, and retention signals
Cross-functional execution: close cooperation with CX, Design, Product, and Supply Chain to improve the full customer journey
Interfacing with finance: work closely with our CFO to improve the financial model, track KPIs, and build dashboards that drive decisions
Leadership over time: set priorities, ensure highest level of execution in the organization, and take on team leadership
This role combines high-level decision-making and hands-on execution.

Month 1–3: learn the business fast and own key growth execution from day one
Month 3–6: lead marketing end-to-end across channels and functions
From month 6+: step into CEO-of-the-brand responsibility

You’re excited to learn paid digital properly and take full responsibility for it
Proof you execute: projects, campaigns, writing samples, brand work, etc.
Some prior leadership experience (e.g. leading a small team, student orgs, semi-professional sports, etc.)
Nice to have: relevant D2C e-commerce experience
Experience level: We want someone with real proof they can execute, but you don’t need a long CV. If you’re highly driven, learn fast, and want to grow quickly into leadership, you’ll fit.
