Write and own German copy across email, paid ads, and website to drive DTC growth. Shape brand voice, run and analyze campaigns, iterate based on revenue and conversion metrics, collaborate with marketing/design/product/dev, and use AI and SEO/GEO best practices to scale high-quality content. Full-time includes social content production.

Provide warm, prompt German-language customer support across email, messages, and reviews. Resolve delivery and logistics issues, manage refunds/replacements, build help center content and templates, identify root causes to reduce tickets, and feed product/marketing insights back to the team. Collaborate with a part-time teammate and use AI tools to improve speed and quality.
