Tasks
* Act as primary support to the CEO in developing the supply side & demand side of our marketplace.
* Strategize with the CEO on our market approach and customer engagement and execute go-to-market efforts.
* Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategic vision, collaborating closely with the C-level to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across all business aspects.
* Assist with operational tasks and provide flexible support across the company, tackling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as needed, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
* Prepare for upcoming fundraising rounds and maintain investor relations.
* Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners at the C-level.
* Gather customer feedback on our products and perform product demonstrations.
* Work on expanding Carovo in the areas of Business Development and Product.
Requirements
* Completed or currently enrolled in business administration, management or a comparable course of study
* Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
* You would like to gain insights into the various areas of a young company and perhaps prepare yourself for founding your own company
* Interest in sales, or a willingness to master it
* Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Analytical mindset, well organized and you love automation as much as we do
* Strong communication & prioritization skills
