As a Founders Associate (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Liaison & High-Stakes Execution: Serve as the primary bridge between the CEO and the business, translating high-level vision into structured growth initiatives and providing transparent reporting on the velocity of high-priority AI workstreams.
- AEO & GEO Market Dominance: Execute technical and content playbooks during the first two quarters to ensure the company becomes the definitive, cited authority across major LLMs (including Perplexity, Gemini, and OpenAI).
- AI-Augmented Process Engineering: Accelerate the transition from "bold idea" to company-wide standard by identifying workflow bottlenecks and transforming raw concepts into scalable, data-driven, AI-augmented processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Unblocking: Work horizontally across the organization to ensure AI strategy remains consistent from leadership to the frontline, removing friction points to keep departmental initiatives moving in sync.
- Change Management & Operational Adoption: Drive the seamless integration of new systems into daily workflows through proactive communication and training, ensuring organizational-wide adoption and long-term output quality.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Are "AI-Native": You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand the mechanics of RAG, LLM behavior, and how AI agents are changing the B2B buyer journey.
- Thrive in High-Visibility Environments: You are comfortable answering to the C-suite and moving at the speed of a founder.
- Are GEO/AEO Savvy: You understand that the future of search isn't just keywords—it's context, citations, and authority within generative models.
- Possess Elite Technical Agility: You can navigate APIs, build complex No-Code automations (Zapier/Make), and write precise, sophisticated prompts.
- Are Master Communicators: You can distill "AI hype" into clear, actionable business strategies for the CEO and Global Marketing Director.
- Have "Builder" DNA: 2+ years in high-growth startups, VC, or top-tier consulting, with a track record of owning projects from 0 to 1.
