What are we exploring?
Chargebacks are becoming a serious compliance and operational risk, especially in regulated sectors like healthcare and financial services. Traditional post-dispute tools are reactive, manual, and poorly suited for today’s complex regulatory and transactional environments, leaving these industries vulnerable to billing errors, fraud, and escalating regulatory scrutiny.

We're building a chargeback prevention platform that proactively analyzes transaction data and customer behavior in real time to stop disputes before they happen. Designed specifically for compliance-heavy sectors, the platform integrates seamlessly into existing systems and evolves with emerging fraud patterns, reducing both risk and operational friction in industries where prevention is critical.

Forum derisks and accelerates the Founder path by:

• A $250K USD investment, and an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network to raise your seed and Series A

• A validation partner with proven playbooks, networks, and the systems to validate, unlock your ICP, ignite your sales pipeline, and beyond

What you bring:

• Deep knowledge of chargeback processes, payments infrastructure, or risk and compliance workflows in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech)

• Experience building or scaling enterprise SaaS or AI-driven risk solutions, ideally involving real-time data processing or fraud prevention

• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, compliance obligations, and audit requirements tied to transaction integrity

• Proven success launching zero-to-one products in complex, high-stakes domains

• Ability to integrate with existing enterprise systems and build trust in security-conscious organizations

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a track record of translating data into business-critical outcomes
