This high-impact team works directly with the CEO and executive leadership to oversee critical business functions and accelerate company-wide performance.
As part of the team, you will gain exposure to every aspect of our business, helping shape strategy, drive execution, and operate as a true multiplier for Yuno’s leadership team.
🟣 Your challenge at Yuno
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to oversee the performance of key business areas.
• Analyze departmental KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that tackle complex company-wide challenges (e.g., churn reduction, customer satisfaction, funding rounds).
• Shadow the CEO in business reviews, 1:1s with department heads, and key meetings to support alignment and execution.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of core organizational processes such as goal setting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Unblock teams, accelerate delivery, and bring clarity and alignment to leadership priorities.
🟣 Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-impact, cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and operating in high-velocity environments.
• Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in strategy and business consulting
• Familiarity with startup or scale-up dynamics.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
