In short: own our inbound growth channel, and help a fast-growing startup run smoothly. (Full-time, 6-month internship, in our Munich office.)
- Optimize our website for conversion - utilising Claude Code to build and improve our SEO / GEO presence and create an AI-assisted content machine.
- Transform our company branding - propose new branding strategies, design our on-brand assets, support deck designs, and coordinate our event presence.
- Own our LinkedIn presence and shape our voice as an industry thought leader.
- Level up our product newsletter, which goes out to all Cellbyte users, many of whom work for Top 20 pharma companies, innovative biotech companies, and top-tier consultancies.
- Bring a numbers-driven mindset - measure campaign performance, content engagement and conversion rates, and use the data to improve.
- Keep things moving and make our Munich office a great place to host customers, talent and investors - pitching in on the variety of tasks that come with an early-stage startup.

- You have an eye for design and you're a natural with content, branding and design.
- You're a capable writer who can research a topic, draft with AI tools, and sharpen it through feedback.

Skills Required
- Experience with Claude Design, Canva, and PowerPoint for asset and deck design
- Experience managing LinkedIn company presence and posting thought leadership content
- Experience producing and managing newsletters for product users or customers
- Strong writing and editing skills, able to research topics and use AI-assisted drafting tools
- Experience with website content updates, basic site rebuilds, and improving SEO/GEO performance
- Numbers-driven mindset: measure campaign performance, content engagement, and conversion rates
- Highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects, events, and logistics end-to-end
- Willingness to work full-time, in-person for a 6-month internship in Munich
- Comfortable working in a high-variety early-stage startup and taking on cross-functional tasks
