We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to build an AI-native platform that automates supplier certification, origin auditing, and compliance — helping enterprises ensure sourcing transparency and reduce regulatory risk.
What are we exploring?
Enterprises in industries like aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing face growing pressure to comply with regulations such as Buy America and UFLPA — yet their supplier compliance processes remain heavily manual. Teams still extract part numbers and serials by hand, parse scanned certificates, and review unverifiable supplier-reported data.
With a surge in detained shipments and a compliance software market projected to surpass $9.5B by 2031, the need for automation is urgent.
The opportunity is to build an agentic execution layer that continuously validates origin and certification data against trade rules, flags inconsistencies, and generates audit-ready records — enabling enterprises to shift from reactive audits to proactive, automated compliance.
As supply chain transparency, supplier diversity, and ethical sourcing become board-level priorities, this is a clear whitespace where automation can deliver significant operational value and risk reduction.

About you:
Early-stage operator experience, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: product development, business, or a domain expert
