Job Description
Note: This position is remote and candidates can reside anywhere in the United States. This requires10% travel.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing support staff including; customer service, pre recovery processing and escalated account scenarios.
Candidates need to be well-rounded, flexible and driven.
The Supervisor position will oversee a team of Forwarding representatives.

Specific responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol.
Documenting and processing client requests.
Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed
Review Fee requests for accuracy and submission to lender.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent 2+ years experience in business management
Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
Client (auto finance) experience
Presentation (PowerPoint/Google slides) skills
Energetic and self-motivated - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
Servant leader attitude willing to invest and grow team members to support MVTrac clients.
Enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative, positive, people-oriented; effective multi-tasking capability
Target Base Salary Range: $57,000 - $62,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
