We’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who thrive in environments where technology meets real operational complexity.
As an FDE, you are responsible for the technical success of enterprise deployments. You will design and implement integration architectures, debug production issues, optimize performance, and ensure that our platform works reliably across diverse IT landscapes.
As an FDE, you work hands-on with DAX companies and global enterprises to deploy, customize, and optimize our AI Agent infrastructure.
In this role, you will:
Build and optimize data flows, API interactions, and system interfaces
Debug complex issues across infrastructure, configurations, and external systems
Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable deployments in enterprise environments
Translate customer requirements into system-level designs
Support go-lives and ensure stable post-deployment performance
Identify recurring patterns and contribute to internal tooling and automation
Feed technical insights back into Product & Engineering
Help turn customer-specific solutions into scalable product capabilities
This is a technical, hands-on, customer-facing role — ideal for engineers who enjoy solving concrete problems and seeing their solutions run in production at global scale.
What We’re Looking ForYou’re a good fit if you:
Have experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar technical role
Are comfortable working with APIs, integrations, structured data, and system connectivity
Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both customers and internal teams
Like understanding how processes work, and enjoy designing technical solutions around them
Work reliably and independently in complex enterprise environments
Are curious about how AI can support operational workflows
Appreciate a high-ownership role where you influence product direction and customer outcomes
Bonus: experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba or other procurement/ERP ecosystems.

Skills Required
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar technical role
- Experience building and working with APIs, integrations, structured data, and system connectivity
- Proven ability to debug production issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliable enterprise deployments
- Customer-facing communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in complex enterprise environments
- Curiosity about how AI can support operational workflows; familiarity with AI agent infrastructure
- Experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or other procurement/ERP ecosystems
