• Partner directly with Scheduling, Manufacturing, Factory Operations, and Business stakeholders to understand planning challenges, operational constraints, and business objectives, translating them into scalable scheduling solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between scheduling teams and engineering organizations, rapidly identifying opportunities to improve cycle time, tool utilization, throughput, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
• Work hands-on with scheduling data, optimization engines, simulation environments, APIs, and business systems to develop, prototype, and deploy solutions that address real-world planning and execution challenges.
• Collaborate with scheduling planners, product owners, software engineers, data scientists, and operations leaders to design and implement decision-support tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-driven scheduling capabilities.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data from manufacturing, supply chain, service, and operational systems to identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and deploy analytical models, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, optimization algorithms, simulation tools, and modern cloud platforms.
• Drive rapid proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production rollouts, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and operational impact.
• Facilitate customer workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and design reviews to align solution development with evolving business needs.
• Monitor solution performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve scheduling processes through data-driven insights and operational best practices.
• Communicate recommendations, findings, and implementation strategies to business and technical leadership, influencing roadmap decisions and adoption of new capabilities.

• Demonstrates deep expertise in manufacturing scheduling, planning processes, operations research, optimization techniques, AI-enabled decision support systems, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, constraints management, capacity planning, and factory operations.

• Understands business goals and operational priorities across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Interprets complex operational challenges and recommends innovative solutions that improve productivity, predictability, and customer outcomes.

• Leads cross-functional initiatives involving scheduling teams, product organizations, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Influences technical and business decisions without direct authority through expertise, collaboration, and execution excellence.

• Solves highly ambiguous and complex operational problems by combining business context, technical expertise, analytical rigor, and systems thinking.
• Develops innovative approaches to overcome scheduling, planning, and execution constraints at scale.

• Directly impacts operational performance, scheduling effectiveness, factory throughput, resource utilization, and customer commitments.
• Drives measurable improvements in business outcomes through deployment of scalable technology solutions.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
