We’re looking for a deployed engineer who will partner with our largest customers mission critical problems with Pace. This role is based in New York.
In this role specifically, the core responsibilities will include:
Working with our largest customers to expand to new use cases.
Building solutions to their largest problems in our product.
Shipping features, integrations, and evals in the codebase to unblock customers.
Collaborating with engineering to ship larger features and products for our customers.

- Based in New York and able to work in-person
- Experience shipping features, integrations, and code to production
- Customer-facing experience working with large enterprise accounts to deliver technical solutions

Pace AI is an AI-native English-language learning and workforce-training platform. It equips partners with organization-specific, on-the-job training for lower-literacy and ESL workers, using AI to augment curriculum and technical training. The company transforms existing content into personalized learning experiences for schools and workforce-development programs, aiming to unlock economic opportunities through more accessible, practical education across education and employment contexts.
