- Partner closely with customer business & technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions towards the account growth
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, configuration, data profiling, and data upload during onboarding and expansion projects
- Co-build integrations, data pipelines, and workflows using APIs and available tools
- Troubleshoot deeply by diagnosing system, data, and workflow issues and driving resolution end-to-end
- Serve as the technical advisor and trusted partner to customers throughout their lifecycle
- Quick fixes and small implementations within the production platform
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to convey customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
- Develop reusable best-practice templates, playbooks, and technical documentation
- Analyse customer data and find some insights that could help with growth.
- Support proofs-of-concept and pilot programs, ensuring clear success criteria and outcomes
- Train and enable customer teams on platform capabilities and integrations.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact issues, working cross-functionally to resolve quickly.
- Customers see clear value, and usage/adoption grows
- Complex technical issues are anticipated, prevented, or resolved efficiently
- Implementations run smoothly, on time, and with strong stakeholder confidence
- Product feedback loops are fast, actionable, and grounded in real customer needs
- The UAE region becomes a model for high-impact, technically-driven customer partnerships
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, FDE, or similar)
- Strong experience working with the platform, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Comfort reading/writing basic scripts (Python, TypeScript, SQL or similar)
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, procurement, middleware, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel to customer sites across the region when needed
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced scaling environment.
- Background working in or supporting customers in the Middle East region
- Arabic language skills (a plus, not required)
