Opportunity!We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and customer delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients and experienced engineers to understand business and technical challenges, build practical solutions, and integrate modern AI capabilities into real-world applications.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong application development fundamentals who is excited about Generative AI and LLMs and enjoys solving problems in customer-facing environments. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the solution lifecycle—from prototyping and integration through testing and deployment—while continuing to develop your expertise in AI engineering and solution architecture.
Requirements:- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building applications, backend services, or APIs.
- Solid software/application engineering fundamentals, including development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with or strong practical knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience building applications or features using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations, including third-party services.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and modern application development.
- Exposure to AI agents, agent orchestration, tool/function calling, or AI-powered workflows.
- Understanding of modern application and solution architecture principles.
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions with support from senior team members.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with clients, product teams, and engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly in fast-moving technical environments.
- Experience working directly with customers in consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or similar environments.
- Experience building prototypes or proofs of concept to validate technical ideas.
- Experience implementing RAG, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, or AI observability.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and AI infrastructure.
- Experience taking an AI-powered feature or application from prototype into a production environment.
- Building real-world applications with Python, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Working alongside experienced engineers and architects while continuing to grow your technical depth.
- Collaborating directly with customers to understand their challenges and turn ideas into working solutions.
- Building prototypes and seeing them evolve into production applications.
- Working across application engineering, cloud technologies, APIs, and modern AI systems.
- Experimenting with emerging AI technologies and learning how to apply them effectively to real business problems.
