Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d)

Buena makes real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF. Whether it's finding, buying, or financing an apartment. We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and turning them into technology companies. Throughout the past 2 years we have become Germany's third-largest property manager with less than 25 full-time team members at our HQ.

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help us rebuild an industry stuck in the early 2000s. Property managers across Germany still run on outdated desktop software with clunky workflows and zero automation. You’ll work directly with real users to implement, adapt and improve Buena in live operational environments. You’ll spend time deeply understanding on-the-ground workflows, migrating data, building automations, solving integration challenges, and translating operational pain into scalable product improvements. You’ll work closely with founders and product, acting as the bridge between real-world complexity and robust software systems.

• Work directly with users to deploy and adapt Buena to real operational workflows.

• Build custom automations, data migrations and integrations where needed.

• Prototype solutions quickly and turn validated approaches into scalable product improvements.

• Work directly with founders, product and design to turn complex real-world operations into robust, scalable software.
