As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed directly within strategic enterprise customers to drive digital transformation using Airtable’s AI-native platform. You will bridge the gap between technical building and executive strategy, architecting custom solutions and shipping live workflows that accelerate critical business processes for the world’s largest organizations.

What you will do:
Embed with multi-thousand-employee organizations to identify, prototype, and deploy high-impact technical solutions and custom applications.
Lead innovation workshops with senior executives to translate Airtable’s value into measurable business results and change management strategies.
Partner with product and engineering teams to provide real-world feedback that directly influences Airtable’s global product roadmap.
The ideal candidate:
6-10 years of customer-facing experience in solutions architecture or implementation at enterprise platforms like Palantir, ServiceNow, or Celonis.
Hands-on technical mastery of relational database architecture, API integrations, and low-code platforms such as Airtable, OutSystems, or Power Apps.
Active practitioner of AI technologies, comfortable building with LLMs and agents to solve complex business operations challenges.
