The Role: Forward Deploy Engineer
This is not a post-sale implementation role.
This is a field-facing, revenue-critical position operating at the intersection of:
- Enterprise Sales
- AI Product Configuration
- Workflow Architecture
- Product Feedback
You will partner directly with our Founding Enterprise Account Executive inside live enterprise cycles to:
- Design tightly scoped proofs of concept (POC) that prove real value
- Deploy Puntt on real customer workflows
- Define and prove measurable value
- Strengthen technical credibility in enterprise sales conversions
- Feed structured insights back into the product roadmap
Your mission: Design POCs that validate impact, accelerate enterprise trust, and convert into enterprise-wide expansions.
What You’ll Own
1. Technical Validation in Enterprise Sales
Partner in discovery to understand real workflows, translate pain into technical use cases, and assess POC readiness. You ensure POC are designed to prove value, not just demonstrate capability.
2. Proof of Concept Design & Execution
Scope and deploy focused POC with clear success criteria. Configure AI logic, iterate for accuracy, and produce impact insights tied to expansion.
3. Integration & Workflow Fit
Ensure Puntt integrates smoothly into enterprise environments by addressing APIs, data flows, and technical blockers during POC phases.
4. Product Signal Loop
Turn field friction, integration gaps, and enterprise objections into actionable product insight. You’re not just deploying the product, you’re shaping its evolution.
Who You Are
- 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployment, Enterprise Implementation, or Technical Consulting
- Experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow systems
- Comfortable working with structured/unstructured data
- Able to lead technical conversations with both business and IT stakeholders
- A track record of making complex systems simple
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing both deals and product direction.
Bonus:
- AI/ML product experience
- Experience in CPG, pharma, finance, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting marketing, legal, or compliance teams

Compensation
- Base: $130,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
- Equity: Early-stage grant
