into a growth phase, we’re seeking both Full & Part-Time Back of
the House Team Members to join our Hutto Fortune House Restaurant. As a Back of House Team Member at our fast casual Asian restaurant, you’ll
be the backbone of kitchen operations. You will ensure ingredient preparation,
station setup, cooking support, and cleanup are executed with precision and
speed. Your commitment to consistency and cleanliness will help us deliver

Job Responsibilities:
- Ingredient
Preparation
- Prepare
produce, proteins, and staches daily
- Portion
sauces, garnishes, and toppings according to standardized recipes
- Execute
service at a cooking station
- Assist
wok cooks and line cooks with basic cooking tasks and station maintenance
- Monitor
cooking times and temperatures to uphold quality standards
- Station
setup & maintenance
- Restock
supplies and ingredients before and during service
- Sanitize
work surfaces, utensils, and equipment between prep shifts
- Quality
assurance
- Inspect
incoming deliveries and report any discrepancies
- Adhere
strictly to food safety guidelines (FIFO, temperature logs, proper storage)
- Cleanup
& sanitation
- Wash
dishes, pans, and cooking tools using industrial dishwashers or by hand
- Sweep,
mop, and take out trash to maintain a spotless kitchen environment
- Team
collaboration
- Communicate
effectively with front-of-house staff regarding order priorities and timing
- Assist
wherever needed to keep service flowing smoothly
Job Qualifications:
- At
least 18 years of age
- High
school diploma or equivalent
- At
least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably handling wok
or stir-fry stations
- Strong
knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability
to work quickly under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours
- Excellent
teamwork and communication skills
- Food
Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one immediately
- Flexible
availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Denver School of the Arts Friends Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fundraising and outreach organization supporting Denver School of the Arts, a tuition-free conservatory-model public secondary school. It fills funding gaps beyond Denver Public Schools’ support, helping sustain arts programming, guest artists, student assistance, scholarships, performances, inclusiveness, and diversity while advancing rigorous arts education for students from diverse backgrounds through community support.
