Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process

  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Present and explain vehicle features, technology, and financing options

  • Deliver vehicles with a first-class customer experience

  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

  • Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

  • Automotive sales experience preferred — but we provide training for motivated candidates at all experience levels
