Forming Leadperson - 3rd Shift
Hours are 10:00 PM– 6:30 AM Sunday thru Thursday.
Here are the major Responsibilities:
- Inspect the department for safety, machine or housekeeping issues.
- Be able to operate all forming equipment.
- Conduct periodic QA inspections on all lines.
- Coordinate tasks and information with others.
- Provide appropriate training to new and current employees.
- Complete necessary paperwork throughout shift and end of day.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Assist in production as necessary.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- The ideal candidate will have previous production experience.
- Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient with math and basic measurements.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
